Please, read carefully these terms & conditions before booking your Mini Portrait Session

Photo Services

· In order to save your slot and be provided with the photographer's services, you shall pay a booking fee of £15. The remaining session fee can be paid after the session.
· Your mini photo session package includes 5 photos that you chose from a photo gallery, there's no guarantee on the exact amount of photos included in the gallery.
· I, the photographer, reserve the right to choose the photographs delivered in the photo gallery. The images delivered are only the ones available.
· The client needs to arrive on time for their mini photo session, if the client is 10 minutes late and has not made contact with the photographer, the mini photo session will be cancelled and the booking fee will be lost.
· If you liked to postpone your mini photo session, keep in mind that mini photo sessions don't have an exact future set date like regular photoshoots, you either can put the booking fee towards a regular photo session or towards a future mini photo session within 2023, otherwise the booking fee will be lost. If the future mini photo session has a different price you will need to pay the difference. 
· Your photo gallery will be up for 4 weeks after is delivered, if you order extra photos you need to pay them on the order date for you to be able to download them.
· After 4 weeks your gallery will be deleted, all originals will be deleted and no other orders will be available -unless discussed as an option with the photographer-
· Liza Heinrichs, the photographer, shall be entitled to use the deliverables for its own promotional use, including website, social media, client presentations and other marketing resources.

Payment

The Client agrees to retain the Photographer for the services of the Mini Photo Session by agreeing to these terms and conditions and paying a booking fee for the Mini Photo Session (£15) upon booking. In the event that payment is not made in full by this deadline, Photographer reserves the right to not save the date and slot for the client.

Cancellation

The Client may cancel this service at any time up to 1 hour prior to the mini photo session. To do so, Clients must cancel the appointment using the options provided in their confirmation email. The booking fee is not refundable if the cancellation is made less than 1 hour prior to the mini photo session.

Image Processing

The Photographer will perform colour correction with their own signature filters prior to delivering images to the Client. The photographer will not perform retouching to the deliverables, retouching means getting rid of unwanted things the client asks, if the client wants a photograph to be retouched, this will have an extra cost. The extra cost will depend on the amount of retouching the client asks for, a quote will be made.

Model Release

These terms and conditions serve as a model release. This grants the Photographer the right to use all images and footage without restriction for advertising, portfolios, and other lawful purposes. 

All photographs and footage are and shall remain the sole intellectual property of the Photographer in accordance with Copyright Laws. The Client hereby waives any rights to intellectual property ownership, or reproduction of the images and footage created by the Photographer, with the exception of the terms of any formal written releases provided to the Client by the Photographer.

Unauthorized Reproduction

The client agrees not to reproduce, monetize or modify the images or footage provided, the reproduction of the photos it's solely for the marketing of the client's business. 

Social Media

Feel free to use your images from the mini photo session on your social media and other marketing resources, you do not need to tag me in every photo, but if you want to do it will be really appreciated, my Instagram is @captured.by.liz
