How will I receive the files?

You will receive the edited files within 10 days of your session. You will receive all of the files via wetransfer, which is an easy + free email service. you then can send them to print, forward to your friends + family, and post online! download links do expire after 4 weeks, so be sure to download your images asap! make sure to save + backup your images. I clean out my client files every few months and cannot guarantee that I will backup the images for you.

Do I get to select the images?

Part of my job is selecting images and choosing the most flattering photographs. The images I do not deliver are either repeats, shots of you blinking or mid-sentence speaking, blurry or out of focus. I have no reason to withhold any images if there are additional ones I think you would enjoy!

Where will we shoot?

Generally, the location is your choice. I’m happy to give suggestions based on the vibe you are after.

For package One, I recommend choosing a versatile location such as riverside park. We can shoot one outfit in the park + another out on the city streets! In package Two, locations must be within 30 minutes of each other.

How long is the session?

My timeframes are very generous - I usually wrap earlier because I am able to shoot quickly. I suggest blocking out 2 hours for your shoot, or 1 hour per outfit, but don’t be surprised if we wrap half an hour early. The timeframe includes travel time between locations.

How do I book?

Simple: Just use the booking tool, have a browse through the available dates and times and book the one that suits you best.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

The short answer is: yes. Upon booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable retainer of £100 to secure your session date + time.
I do not write anything down in my calendar until the retainer has been paid, making your desired time slot up for grabs. Nothing is booked until the retainer has been paid.

What happens if you need to cancel/the weather is bad?

if the weather is crazy/act of God/i am sick/etc, you can put your retainer toward a re-schedule or you can have it refunded. however, if you need to cancel or don’t show up to the session, the retainer will not be refunded.
